3D Printing

Over the past 3 years we have satisified the needs of hundreds of customers using the Zcorp 3d printing system. We pride ourselves on exceeding our customers' needs and expectations, so following customer requests for 'snap-in' plastic parts and even higher resolution plastic parts both in rigid and flexible material, we have invested in 2 new technologies, from Dimension and Objet.

Our 3D printers for bureau work now include a Dimension 1200 SST with a build platform of 250mm by 250mm by 200mm and an Objet Eden 330 with a build platform of 330mm by 330mm by 200mm.

Our new machines will allow us to supply 3d printed models using the FDM process which has a minimum layer thickness of
250 microns and the Objet 3d printing process which has a layer
thickness of 16 microns.
